- For a warning light, photograph the whole instrument cluster or screen with the message readable, with the engine running.
- For a warning that comes and goes, a short video of it appearing helps more than a description.
- For damage, take one photo of the whole side of the car and close-ups of each damaged area.

What to bring
Bring these with the car.
- Every key you have for the car, including the valet key.
