“This mechanic repair shop was very professional and polite. KJ provided detailed diagnostics information about my vehicle and was very thorough about each item that was found on my vehicle. I would highly recommend this mechanic for any repair work on your vehicle. I was very impressed especially because I had recently visited another repair shop in the area and was highly disappointed with their customer service. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend this repair shop to anyone who wants a[n] honest mechanic who’s not going to give you the run around. Great customer service!!! “I have been desperately looking for a driver side headlamp for my BMW for a very long time and couldn’t seem to find anyone selling a light without them abusing the rarity of those lights and bumping up the price almost triple. When I was close to giving up I decided to give [the shop] a shot before I end my search. I was surprised to hear that they had a light available for me at a fair price and in practically brand new condition. Once I purchased the light I noticed that they were truthful about the condition of the light and noticed that Their customer service is great and their professionalism is outstanding. I will definitely be coming back to them in the future.”

“After having an awful experience with 3 other shops in South Florida, I finally asked the tow truck driver for a recommendation as I was frustrated at that point. He mentioned Kj and how professional he was and to give it a shot. I took the advice and towed my car in. Within 3 days the lagging suspension issues were resolved. The shop is always clean and the labor rates are reasonable. What more could you want? Honesty and integrity is a lost art these days among most businesses so meeting KJ was refreshing.”

“Amazing company with the knowledge to back it! KJ and David very welcoming and assuring they will get to the bottom of the electrical gremlins I was having with my Mini Cooper. “I contacted BMR after finding their information on Facebook while desperately searching for BMW specialists. After speaking to several different shops on the phone, I could tell they were knowledgeable, pleasant and honest. They gave me clear costs and expectations up front. They fixed my son[’s] car the same day with no surprises of extra fees or add-ons. I even received photos of my car when they worked [on] it. They also send text appointment reminders and notice of when your car is ready. The shop is clean and welcoming and the staff is professional. I was truly impressed and would recommend this business to anyone. We drove 30 miles from SW Dade and will do so at anytime in the future, when needed - won’t trust anyone else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“2 things most people have a fear of. Going to Dr and looking for someone to help with your car. I still fear the Dr! KJ and his crew took great care of us and our vehicle recently.
